Scada-King helps governmental agencies in India to implement technology that ensures strict quality control during road paving by remotely monitoring the temperature and level of asphalt that is being maintained.

Truck loading and unloading monitoring

The transportation truck is monitored in a way that the hot asphalt temperature is measured as it is discharged from the mixer onto trucks that deliver the asphalt to the road construction site. In order to achieve a uniform quality and long-term performance of the road surface, it is extremely important that the hot mix reaches the job site at the specified temperature and is ready for road paving to begin.
